Allows access to your hitch and your spare tire crank when you have a roll pan installed. This bracket allows easy access to your hidden hitch receiver or allows you to use your spare tire crank, when you have a roll pan installed. Includes flip-down license bracket and hardware. Will not fit with Urethane Roll Pan.
