Fold Down Top Mount Carrier - 2 Bike

Our Top Plate Mount system clamps and locks 2 bikes in place. The bikes rest on a cushioned slotted base to prevent slipping and scratches. Just spin the quick release center knob to tighten the bikes down and flip the knob to it\'s secure locking position.
